ABOUT: This is where everything happens. This space defines flex and is used for many things. In each case, it gets to keep its urban agency edge, showcasing artwork by real artists, sporting a small Arto shop boutique, and featuring a mini, but not limited, art library.
IDEAL USE: (6-8 ppl) Photo/Video Shoots, Workshops, Small Event, Group Workspace.

ABOUT: An open flexed SPACE where anything can happen. This room is the life of the floor. It's upbeat, open, yet quiet and provides the energy that you need to be productive.
IDEAL USE: (9-12 ppl) Photo/Video Shoots, Workshops, Small Event, Group Workspace.
SPACE 3: CO-WORKING
HYPE ROOM
ABOUT: Privacy meets togetherness. This space is for the folks who need more SPACE and a little privacy but don’t mind having a neighbor. Each desk is equipped with a 23-inch monitor for easy docking and desk essentials to get you through the day.
IDEAL USE: (4 ppl) Dedicated Desk Space.

SPACE 4: MEETING ROOM
CHECK ROOM
ABOUT: This space was designed for the suits. While the rest of the space feels like you may have walked from LES to SOHO. This space has more of an executive style, almost like you walked into your corner office on Wall Street. Dress accordingly.
IDEAL USE: (1-5 ppl) Meeting space, Individual workspace, and team huddles.
SPACE 5: MEETING ROOM / PODCAST
WATCH THE THRONE
ABOUT: Watch the Throne is where the bosses sit. If you have big dreams and are making big moves – or trying to manifest big moves – this is the room for you. A touch of class mixed with vintage touch.
IDEAL USE: (1-5 ppl) Meeting space, Individual workspace, and team huddles.

ABOUT: A break room with 3 seats to eat and a couch to take a woosai. This might be the smallest room in the SPACE but it maintains the same warmth, comfort and swag. Equiped with a refrigerator,
microwave, toaster oven, and a pretty fancy Keurig.
IDEAL USE: (1-3 ppl) Break room for eating and brain space.
SPACE 8: CAFE / BREAKROOM / MAKEUP-DRESSING ROOM
SPACE CAFE
ABOUT: This space is designed to give you a local cafe vibe minus the hustle and bustle. Enjoy the essence of a neighborhood staple while getting work done. This interactive space is designed for a much needed break, chowing down or working. And oh yeah, we promise to make it smell like coffee.
IDEAL USE: (1-4 ppl) Individual workspace, team huddles, meeting space, and/or Production/MUA room for content shoots.
